They advertised with pictures to me on what limo bus I was going to receive for my daughters prom with 20 of her friends and we received a large van instead. The group of kids had to sit on each others laps to fit. The interior on what the group wanted was not what we had reserved and paid for. The man from the company stated that the bus we reserved was given out to another party and refused to refund us or credit us any money for the inconvenience the group and parents dealt with. They continue to call you, to get you locked in and pay a deposit. When issue started, It was not easy to get the people on the phone to discuss the problem. They do not return calls as they promised they would. I would never use this company, nor recommend them AT ALL.

The driver (steve) was so polite and went above and beyond to make my daughter and her friends experience incredible. He was early and called me to let me know he was a bit early but for us to take our time no rush. He even asked me if there where any specific places I wanted them to see. Steve was sensational from beginning to end! If you are ever in need of limo services in the Dallas please don’t hesitate to use this company!

Wendy Morris2024-05-20I had a horrible experience with this company. I told them I needed a party bus for 30-35 people for Prom. They sent me pictures, assured me that the 30 person bus will easily fit up to 35. They said there would be lights, music and waters. What I got was a bus that was not the same as pictured. The inside seating was very crowded for 33. They had a small cooler of waters - maybe 8 waters - for 33 people. The music didn't work - so the ride was quiet. The air conditioning didn't work - so the kids were hot. I asked the driver not to leave early without contacting me - she left early. Overall I could not have been more disappointed and I tried to resolve with the company but they refused to give me any portion of a refund. Do NOT use this company.
